Exchange and return

For returns and exchanges, we accept goods of appropriate quality within 14 days from the moment of receipt of your order. To return and exchange the product, the following conditions must be met: the product has not been used, the original appearance of the product and packaging has been preserved. To arrange a return, please send your request to fringecall@gmail.com. Refunds to your account are made within 14 calendar days from the moment of acceptance of the goods until the return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
